Job Description
Supply Chain Sr. Analyst is responsible for managing the end-to-end farm-to-factory supply chain process, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality delivery of raw materials from contracted farms to the factory. This role acts as the central hub of coordination, driving data-based decisions, optimizing logistics, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve production and financial goals.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage transportation of raw materials from farms to the factory.
- Ensure timely and efficient loading, delivery, and receipt of goods.
- Communicate disruptions to relevant teams promptly to maintain operational stability.
- Create and maintain follow-up tools and reports for tracking Agriculture Department performance, achievement, and budgeting.
- Provide insights and data-driven recommendations for strategic decisions.
- Conduct seasonal feasibility studies and contracting processes with farms.
- Ensure contract terms are achievable, cost-effective, and aligned with business needs.
- Coordinate budget tracking, payments, and account statements related to farms, transport brokers, and input suppliers.
- Participate in annual supply chain budget planning.
- Maintain strong, proactive communication with farm owners and suppliers.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field.
- 3–5 years in supply chain, logistics, or procurement—preferably in agriculture or food processing industries.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo).
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Critical for accuracy in reporting, contracts, and budgeting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
