Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Officer in New Cairo to manage product performance analysis and ensure timely replenishment of our branches. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Odoo and Shopify, strong analytical skills, and the ability to optimize stock levels based on sales trends and demand forecasts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze product performance across all sales channels using Odoo and Shopify data.
- Prepare and maintain stock reports to identify fast- and slow-moving items.
- Plan and execute replenishment of branches based on product performance and sales forecasts.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely product deliveries.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- Identify trends, seasonal demands, and sales patterns to support purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and branch managers to align supply with demand.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date product data in Odoo and Shopify.
Job Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in supply chain analysis or a similar role in retail.
- Proven experience in supply chain, inventory management, or related field.
- Proficiency in Odoo ERP and Shopify platforms is a must.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in retail and e-commerce environments.
- Knowledge of demand forecasting techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
