Job Description
- Financial Analysis
Analyze financial statements and data to identify trends, variances, and business performance drivers.
- Budgeting & Forecasting
Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Financial Modeling
Develop financial models to support business planning, investment analysis, and project evaluation.
- Reporting
Prepare and deliver regular financial reports and dashboards for management review.
- Variance Analysis
Monitor actual performance against budget/forecast and explain key variances.
- Business Support
Collaborate with departments to provide financial insight for business initiatives.
- Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting and analysis processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3–6 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., Odoo, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
