Job Description
Track and manage inventory records.
Perform regular stock counts and audits.
Investigate and fix any differences between physical stock and system records.
Help forecast demand and manage product reordering.
Work to improve inventory accuracy and reduce waste.
Process supplier invoices and match them with purchase orders.
Ensure suppliers are paid on time.
Solve any billing problems or disputes with vendors.
Keep accurate payment records.
Assist with month-end financial closing tasks
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in inventory accounting or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
