Job Description
- Collect periodic performance reports and data submissions from all departments in line with agreed timelines.
- Follow up with departments to ensure timely, complete, and accurate submission of required information.
- Review departmental reports for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established formats and KPIs.
- Consolidate departmental inputs into unified organizational performance reports for Top Management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance dashboards that highlight overall progress.
- Develop executive summaries and highlight key performance results, trends, and variances.
- Support Top Management with structured performance documentation for review meetings and decision-making.
- Maintain an organized archive of reports, ensuring accessibility, traceability, and confidentiality.
- Recommend improvements to reporting processes, templates, and timelines to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Assist in monitoring the alignment of departmental outputs with organizational objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in reporting, performance tracking, or business analysis roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel; familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, etc.) is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- High attention to detail and strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
