Job Description
- Analyze business performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and reports for internal and client use.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of performance improvement initiatives and track their outcomes.
- Conduct root cause analysis to address performance gaps and propose corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and refinement of data collection and analysis processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in all performance-related activities.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in performance analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience in monitoring departments' performance
- 2-4 years of proven experience as a Performance Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for conveying insights to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with business process improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
