Job Description
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for call center operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and support strategic initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation processes.
- Assist in the automation of data collection and reporting processes to increase efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging analytics tools relevant to customer service.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis methodologies and standards within the team.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, an MO.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with call center metrics and customer service operations is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
