Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable product requirements for the development team.
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that features and improvements are aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance, to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of ERP system features.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps to guide the development process.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure the product meets the needs of users and stakeholders.
- Analyze data and user feedback to drive continuous product improvements and optimize the user experience.
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and product reviews, ensuring that the team is aligned and on track.
- Provide product training and support to internal teams as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in ERP systems, business processes, and technology to continuously improve the product.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of ERP system functionalities, including modules like Finance, Inventory, Sales, and HR.
- Experience working in agile environments, including creating and managing product backlogs, user stories, and sprint planning.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to work closely with developers, business stakeholders, and end users to deliver valuable products.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data and user feedback to drive product decisions.
- Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
