MICIT Group - Bevatel Company is hiring a Jr. Product Owner.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Owner to join our product team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in product development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The Junior Product Owner will be responsible for supporting the product vision, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and assisting in delivering features that meet customer needs and business goals. Responsibilities:
• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create and maintain a well-defined product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with developers, UX designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor products to drive innovation.
• Monitor product performance and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure the delivered product meets quality standards and business goals.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban,..).
• Experience with product backlog management tools (JIRA, Trello, or similar).
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
