Job Description
- As a Product Owner you’ll be responsible for defining what needs to be built, prioritizing the work, and ensuring the final product delivers business value. They act as the bridge between business goals and the technical team, aligning development efforts with user needs and company strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review the backlog and check in with developers on progress
- Check progress with developers and clarify requirements
- Attend stand-up meetings and respond to blockers
- Facilitate sprint planning ensuring that the team is aligned and on track.
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that features and improvements are aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Prepare for and run sprint reviews/demos
- Collect feedback and sync with stakeholders
- Track metrics and analyze product performance
- Update and communicate the product roadmap
- Work with designers to ensure a user-friendly experience
- Ensure clear documentation of features and decisions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience as a product owner in tech field.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to convert ideas into clear requirements.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- French language proficiency is a MUST
