Job Description
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for smart metering and utility management solutions.
- Gather, prioritize, and translate customer and stakeholder requirements into actionable product features and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business development to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and maintain a well-prioritized product backlog, ensuring transparency and clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs to drive data-driven enhancements and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Champion the adoption of best practices in product management, agile methodologies, and user-centric design.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or a related role within the technology or IoT sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital products, preferably in smart metering, utility management, or IoT solutions.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile development environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements and actionable plans.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
