Job Description
Senior UI/UX Designer
● Gather and analyze user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers
● Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms
● Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
● Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
● Conduct user research and usability testing, and translate insights into design improvements
● Ensure design consistency and alignment with branding and accessibility standards
● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments
● Present and explain design concepts and solutions to stakeholders
● Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
● Utilize Figma and other design tools to document and deliver designs effectively
Job Requirements
Senior UI/UX Designer
● 4–5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
● Strong portfolio showcasing real-world, end-to-end product design work
● Proficiency in Figma (preferred), with working knowledge of Adobe XD or Sketch
● Solid understanding of design systems, responsive design, and scalable UI components
● Experience designing for data-heavy platforms or FinTech products is a plus
● Excellent visual design skills (typography, layout, color, branding)
● Good understanding of usability, accessibility, and user-centered design principles
● Experience creating interactive prototypes for testing and presentations
● Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills
● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence
● Bonus: Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or AI-assisted design tools
