Job Description
"Maxab Hub" is a specialized company in designing e-commerce stores and web applications, focused on delivering modern and innovative digital solutions for the e-commerce sector.
- Gather and analyze user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile Apps.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
- Conduct user research and usability testing, and translate insights into design improvements
- Ensure design consistency and alignment with branding and accessibility standards
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments
- Present and explain design concepts and solutions to stakeholders
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
- Utilize Figma and other design tools to document and deliver designs effectively
Job Requirements
- 2–5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
- Strong portfolio showcasing real-world, end-to-end product design work
- Proficiency in Figma (preferred), with working knowledge of Adobe XD
- Solid understanding of design systems, responsive design, and scalable UI components
- Experience designing for data-heavy platforms
- Excellent visual design skills (typography, layout, color, branding)
- Good understanding of usability, accessibility, and user-centered design principles
- Experience creating interactive prototypes for testing and presentations
- Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Slack
- Bonus: Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or AI-assisted design tools
- Graphic design background is an additional advantage
