We are looking in Tritecs for a talented UI/UX Designer to create seamless user experiences and intuitive interfaces. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and design engaging, interactive user interfaces aligned with user needs and business objectives.
- Conduct user research and analyze requirements to create seamless and effective user journeys.
- Collaborate with development teams and product managers to translate ideas into actionable designs.
- Enhance user interfaces and experiences based on performance analytics and feedback.
- Provide creative design solutions in line with the latest Ul/UX trends.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience: Strong Knowledge of design principles and best practices in Ul/UX design.
- Holding an ITI Certificate in UI/UX Design or any other certificate related to the field
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create clean, visually appealing designs
- Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve features within a user-centered design process
- Ability to understand and apply best practices in user experience, conduct user testing, and develop user journey maps.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a cohesive team to achieve optimal results.
- Ability to adjust to changes and feedback, refining designs based on analysis and reviews.
