Job Description
- Lead end-to-end design for complex web and mobile projects, from concept to final delivery.
- Conduct user research and data analysis to validate and improve designs.
- Build, maintain, and evolve our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
- Own design decisions, ensuring alignment between user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet accessibility and branding standards.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to influence product strategy and ensure design excellence.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design, design systems, and impactful product outcomes across web and mobile platforms.
- Expertise in user research, UX analysis, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools), prototyping, and responsive design practices.
- Working knowledge of front-end practices (HTML, CSS) to align designs with technical implementation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to guide design discussions and influence decisions.
