Job Description
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
- Translate concepts into user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual language across all platforms.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback as needed.
- Analyze user data and metrics to inform design improvements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance product usability.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions and creative problem-solving.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing interfaces.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
