Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions while managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring they are clearly understood and feasible
- Solution Design: Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring solutions align with business goals
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Project Execution and Progress Tracking
- Leading and motivating project teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring effective communication.
- Overseeing the implementation of the project, tracking progress against the plan, and identifying and addressing any issues or risks
- Monitors and controls the project execution to ensure that project is delivered in time.
- Stakeholder Management
- Communicating with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates, manage expectations, and address concerns.
- Establishes direct contact with customer’s responsible for managing project execution activities to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are effectively managed
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Project Reporting Proactively communicates project status, issues & risks to management.
- Quality Control
- Ensures that project’s deliverables meet customer expectations and MTS quality standards before being released.
- Ensure software development follow standard process and perform necessary audits.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in business analysis and project coordination
Job Requirements
- Education: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and proven experience in software project management.
- At least 3-years industry experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of English language (Reading and Writing).
- Proven technical background.
- A solid understanding of SDLC and software development methodologies.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
