Job Description
- Resolve issues related to the ERP's HRM module, such as user access, data discrepancies, or report generation.
- Guide employees and HR staff on how to use the HRM functionalities of the ERP system effectively.
- conduct routine updates, perform data backups, and ensure the HRM module is running optimally within the broader ERP infrastructure.
- Work with other departments to ensure the HRM module integrates seamlessly with other ERP modules like finance, supply chain, and inventory management.
- Maintain clear records of issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in ERP/HR systems support (experience with Menaitech is highly preferred).
- Solid understanding of HR processes (payroll, personnel, recruitment, training, performance).
- Strong understanding of distribution/FMCG industry processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
