Job Description
1. Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, and network issues across all branches.
2. Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and internet connectivity.
3. Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
4. Administer Microsoft Windows servers, Active Directory, and Office 365 accounts.
5. Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
6. Support SQL database operations including basic queries, backups, and troubleshooting.
7. Provide ERP system support including user management, troubleshooting, and coordination with ERP vendors for advanced issues.
8. Handle Application Support:
o Support end-users in using internal applications and business software.
o Troubleshoot application-related incidents and escalate when necessary.
o Coordinate with application vendors for upgrades, patches, and fixes.
9. Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
10. Document IT processes, incidents, and solutions for future reference.
11. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when needed.
12. Provide training and support to end users.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· CCNA Certified (mandatory).
· Strong knowledge of SQL fundamentals.
· Experience in ERP support (user support, troubleshooting, basic configurations).
· Experience in Application Support (incident handling, vendor coordination, upgrades).
· 2+ years of experience in IT support or network administration.
· Hands-on experience with Windows OS, networking devices, and troubleshooting tools.
· Good understanding of IT security principles.
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
