Job Description
IT Help Desk Wanted For a Leading Construction Company
Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
Respond to support tickets via phone, email, or help desk platform.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, software, and IT hardware.
Handle installation, activation, and licensing of Autodesk software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max).
Set up and maintain computers, printers, and other office IT equipment.
Document technical issues and solutions in the help desk system.
Collaborate with other IT team members on complex issues.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role.
Hands-on experience with installing and configuring Autodesk software.
Strong understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft Office tools.
Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or Autodesk certifications are a plus.
