Job Description
- Support IT team to maintain company databases, ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Perform regular backups and implement disaster recovery plans.
- Monitor system performance and apply necessary optimizations.
- Administer and secure internal networks (LAN/WAN) and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Support protecting systems and data against security threats and cyberattacks.
- Coordinate in technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.
- Support the development and maintenance of ERP across departments.
- Generate periodic reports from databases to support management decisions.
- Oversee and maintain surveillance systems (CCTV, attendance systems, POS software).
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Information Systems or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of database management (SQL Server / MySQL).
- Hands-on experience with networking and IT security.
- Solid understanding of backup strategies and disaster recovery planning.
- Previous experience with POS systems, CCTV, and biometric devices will be an advantage.
- Very good command of English language (spoken and written).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
