About the Role:
We’re looking for someone to support our employees with routine IT issues. You’ll help set up equipment, fix problems, and make sure everything runs smoothly so our team can work without tech interruptions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Escalate complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.
• Document issues and solutions for future reference.
• Assist with system updates, backups, and IT security tasks.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in IT support or help desk work.
• Knowledge of Windows, Office, and basic networking.
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure.
• Stay updated with new technologies and solutions.
