Job Description
- Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
- Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation.
- Install and configure new workstations/laptops/Printers, peripheral equipment and software.
- Maintain inventory of all equipment.
- Report issues to direct manager for escalation.
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software.
- Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
- Maintain information systems knowledge base, support and train users on new systems
- Handle and deliver any assigned tasks within the time frame and corelated to the job responsibilities with high accuracy according to the business needs.
