Job Description

  1. Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components of a computer and network systems for all end-user software applications (Windows, MS Office, Antivirus, Outlook, etc.).
  2. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose, and solve hardware or software issues including Windows and/or Apple operating systems.
  3. Repair and replace the damaged computer and network components.
  4. Test new hardware and software before full-scale installation.
  5. Serve as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance over the phone, email, or remote support.
  6. Follow-up and update PC's status and information.
  7. Ensure all issues are properly logged.
  8. Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
  9. Prepare accurate and timely reports.

Job Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in IT help desk or technical Support role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
