Job Description
Maintain and troubleshoot the company’s hardware, software, and network systems.
• Install and configure computer systems, applications, and networks.
• Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures are in place and tested.
• Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements for stability and efficiency in the network.
• Coordinate with external providers when needed, like fixing printers.
• Preferred - knowledge of the Odoo ERP System.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows , networking, and cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS) is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems and business applications is highly desirable.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
