Job Description
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols across digital platforms.
- Implement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery solutions.

Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related field.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Experience with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of security protocols and user access management.
- Familiarity with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote and in-person support.
