Job Description
- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot company hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, resolving IT-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, applications, and security tools across all company devices.
- Monitor system performance, identify potential problems, and implement proactive solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess technology needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, backup, and disaster recovery processes are in place and regularly tested.
- Maintain documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and support activities for compliance and knowledge sharing.
- Implement and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and best practices to safeguard company information.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and support of IT assets.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and drive innovation.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 year and up to 5 years of proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Experience with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Familiarity with cloud services, virtualization, and remote desktop solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Experience with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
- Willingness to work onsite and provide hands-on support as needed.
