Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Application Support Specialist located in 6th of October. The Application Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and communicating effectively with internal teams and clients on ERP system and application-related matters.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for sales related applications, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Act as the primary point of contact for end-users experiencing issues with sales systems"Sales Buzz', resolving incidents efficiently.
- Collaborate with IT and sales teams to identify, analyze, and resolve application problems and user requests.
- Monitor application performance, proactively identifying potential issues and implementing solutions.
- Document support processes, common issues, and resolutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of sales applications and related integrations.
- Coordinate with software vendors for escalated issues and application updates.
- Conduct user training sessions and create user guides to enhance adoption and effective use of sales tools.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features or modules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data security, and best practices in application support.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in application support, preferably with "Sales Buzz "or CRM and ERP systems and admin applications .
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective user support.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to support global teams if required.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.Entry level with 2 years experience with SQL servicers.
- Understanding of software development processes.
- Knowledge of SQL databases.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience in FMCG industry is preferred .
