Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Operational Responsibilities
- Applications Implementation and Support
- Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Zoho applications across business functions
- Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Design and optimize business workflows using Zoho tools, ensuring scalability, usability, and compliance
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors
- Drive process automation, system integration, and performance improvements using Zoho
- Creator, Deluge scripting, and custom modules
- Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics to support leadership decision-making
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, and change management activities
- Provide expert-level support, training, and guidance to end users and junior analysts
- Evaluate and prioritize business requests, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and IT governance
- Stay up to date with Zoho platform updates and industry best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation
- Communication and Design
- Identify organizational need for new applications
- Prepare technical specification as a roadmap for software
- Implement, test and integrate new applications
- Perform routine system backups and upgrades
- Install new operation systems and releases
- Monitor, record and respond to requests for support
- Investigate and diagnose system faults and errors
- Resolve technical issues
- Analyze error trends aimed at reducing or minimizing down time
- Liaise with software suppliers to fulfil the requirements of the organization
- Manage storage servers
- Schedule and run regular tests to enhance the current systems and applications
- Identify and develop functionality changes
- Maintain documentation of key databases and linked applications

Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Years of Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience Business Analyst, with at least 3 years hands-on experience implementing and managing Zoho applications
- Strong expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Creato
- Advanced understanding of Deluge scripting and Zoho APIs for integration and customization
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholder expectations
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and presentation skills
- Ability to balance technical knowledge with business strategy and operational needs
