Job Description
- Build and structure employee, branch, and manpower data within the system.
- Plan and document data restructuring to align with database requirements.
- Design and update ERD diagrams to support the data warehouse project.
- Establish project plans for departmental initiatives, including goal setting and results evaluation.
- Clean and prepare datasets for daily updates on Power BI dashboards.
- Identify and resolve errors in Power BI reports and maintain visualization tools such as charts and dashboards.
- Publish dashboards and reports on Power BI Services for internal use.
- Handle ETL processes using SSIS and SQL, ensuring timely and accurate data uploads
- Monitor and guide junior employees to ensure the quality and accuracy of their work.
- Test and evaluate new tools for unified reporting across departments.
- Receive and analyze reports from departments such as audit, operations, branch analytics, customer service, inventory committee, and customer experience.
- Translate operational performance results into measurable evaluation grades.
- Prepare daily reports showing competition results for employees, branches, and regions, with a focus on top sales performers.
- Assist in designing structured feedback data for external partners (e.g., Engage Soft).
- Write Python scripts for tasks such as sentiment analysis and text categorization.
- Build dashboards focused on sales performance metrics for employees and branches.
- Research and propose innovative data tools to enhance and streamline reporting processes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis.
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Python, and ETL tools such as SSIS.
- Strong capabilities in data cleaning, structuring, and data visualization.
- Ability to supervise junior analysts and ensure task accuracy.
- Proven skill in transforming operational data into actionable business insights.
- Experience in generating KPI reports related to recruitment, training, and operations.
