Job Description
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop reports and dashboards to support business teams.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.\
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Sales, Operations) to provide data-driven solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with company standards.
- Support in developing predictive models and data-driven strategies.
Job Requirements
- Experience in CRM system
Mathematics, or related field. - Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong statistical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
