Job Description
We have a vacancy at our Cairo office for an Project Coordinator.
This core function is tasked to aid and facilitate the research and management team to complete their tasks and projects as part of the company’s core operations.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to maintain project timelines.
- Data Entry.
- Handling the call quality assurance.
- Transcribing and translating phone calls from Arabic to English and vice-versa.
- Documents, addresses and university certificates verification through online research and phone calls.
- Project coordination.
- Handling the documents with our outside agent.
- Prepare requested documents for team members.
- Coordinate the system report.
- Prepare and update the team with tasks assigned through progress reports.
Job Requirements
Job requirements:
. A degree in Economics, business administration, or a related field.
. Prior experience as a project administrator or a related administrative role.
. 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance and/or project coordination roles.
. Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
. Males are preferred.
. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
. Excellent organizational skills.
. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
. Strong analytical skills for monitoring project performance and quality metrics
. very good in English (written & Spoken).
Working Conditions:
· Fixed working hours from 8:30 am to 5 pm, (Friday and Saturday off).
