Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support the smooth execution of our daily sales activities. This role is focused on keeping CRM records accurate, ensuring all sales activities are logged properly, and helping the sales team stay organized with calls, meetings, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be proactive, structured, and able to handle routine operational tasks with consistency, freeing up the sales team to focus on customer engagement and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and update CRM records to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
· Maintain sales performance reports (calls, emails, meetings, lead conversions, etc.).
· Track lead lifecycle stages and assist in lead distribution.
· Monitor campaign performance and support demand generation activities.
· Assist in compiling workforce management and activity reports for sales and customer engagement teams.
· Support process improvement initiatives and workflow automation projects.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
· Proficiency in CRM tools.
· Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
· Experience with reporting tools (Looker Studio, Power BI) is a plus.
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
· Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
