???? Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for RTM Specialist with expertise in Sales Applications, ArcGIS, and Sales Buzz. The role is central to driving route-to-market excellence, optimizing sales territories, and ensuring efficient execution of sales strategies through data-driven planning.
???? Key Responsibilities
- Route Optimization & Sales Planning: Design, implement, and monitor RTM strategies using ArcGIS and Sales Buzz to improve sales coverage and reduce operational inefficiencies.
- Handheld Systems Administration: Manage handheld devices and sales applications, ensuring smooth operation, accurate data capture, and user support.
- Territory & Coverage Design: Build and maintain sales territories leveraging GIS insights to align with business priorities.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze spatial and sales data to identify gaps, opportunities, and actionable improvements.
- System Integration & Support: Collaborate with IT, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of handheld solutions and sales planning tools.
- Training & Enablement: Support and train field sales teams in effective use of handheld systems, dashboards, and route planning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, distribution, and logistics teams to implement RTM strategies.
- Database Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date databases of customers, outlets, and delivery points for reliable planning.
- Market Gap Identification: Identify market gaps and recommend adjustments or new routes to improve product availability.
- Tool & Model Development: Support the rollout of new RTM tools and models, aligning with changing food & beverage industry dynamics.
- Market Audits & Promotions: Perform market audits and execute cooler/ panners / promotions with customers to enhance visibility and sales execution.
Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Business, or related field.
- Proven hands-on experience as an RTM Specialist with strong skills in Handheld Administration, ArcGIS, and Sales Buzz.
- Minimum 2–3 years in route-to-market, sales operations, or GIS planning.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business impact.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations.
- Problem-solver with attention to detail and passion for driving efficiency.
- ● Proven experience with GIS tools and spatial analysis for sales optimization.
- ● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- ● Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- ● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools.
- ● Experience working in the FMCG or beverage industry is a plus.
