Job Description
• Entering orders into the Oracle system.
• Collecting and following up on customer payments.
• Coordinating with factories to track finished production.
• Liaising with warehouses to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• Coordinating invoices with the accounting team and following up collections.
• Sending product samples to customers and collecting samples when required.
• Conducting online and social media research to identify potential customers.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, customer service, or administration.
