Job Description
Taqatak Holding is seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement, Logistics & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is key to ensuring seamless operations across procurement, supplier sourcing, logistics, inventory management, and client onboarding.
As a coordinator, you will be responsible for managing vital relationships with local and international suppliers (especially in China), overseeing workshop and storage inventory, and ensuring smooth production, delivery, and financial transaction processes. You will play a pivotal role in enabling Taqatak’s supply chain and client fulfillment operations across our renewable energy and LED service divisions.
Responsibilities:
???? Database & Reporting Management
Create and maintain comprehensive databases and dashboards for suppliers and client registration.
Generate detailed reports for internal planning and decision-making.
???? Storage & Workshop Organization
Oversee inventory control, serial coding, and storage categorization.
Ensure organized tracking of tools, spare parts, and products.
???? Client Registration & Relationship Building
Register Taqatak as an official vendor with our target clients.
Coordinate visits to client HQs and build relationships with procurement and finance departments.
???? Procurement & Purchase Orders
Prepare purchase orders, follow up on delivery timelines, and negotiate favorable payment terms with suppliers.
???? Goods Handling & Inspection
Receive deliveries, coordinate quality inspections, and manage dispatch of goods to clients.
Supervise client-side inspections to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
???? Logistics & Delivery Coordination
Optimize transportation logistics, manage delivery schedules, and reduce costs by securing the most affordable transport options.
???? Financial Transactions
Handle cheque pickup and delivery, ensure proper banking procedures, and submit all required financial documentation.
???? Production Oversight
Supervise assembly and production processes inside the Taqatak workshop or with third-party manufacturers.
???? Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation
Identify and evaluate new suppliers across Egypt and international markets.
Arrange visits, collect quotations, and request samples to validate supplier capabiliti
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or operations.
- Strong Excel and database management skills; experience in reporting dashboards is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
- Experience with import/export and international supplier relations (especially with China) is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for supplier visits and client registration processes inside & outside Cairo.
