Job Description

  • Manage and optimize end-to-end sales processes and workflows.  
  • Coordinate between sales, logistics, production, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.  
  • Analyze sales data and generate regular performance reports and forecasts.  
  • Monitor stock levels, lead times, and delivery schedules to support the sales team.  
  • Develop and maintain sales documentation, pricing structures, and client records.
  • Develop and optimize pricing policies and promotional offers in coordination with Sales and Marketing teams.  
  • Analyze sales trends and market data to provide actionable business insights.  
  • Maintain and update customer databases, segmenting accounts based on activity and purchase volume.  
  • Monitor and ensure the effective implementation of promotional campaigns and discount programs.  
  • Track and report on the performance of sales representatives, providing insights to senior management.  
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure product availability based on demand forecasts.  
  • Prepare and manage commercial offers, proposals, and contracts in collaboration with relevant departments.  
  • Support seasonal sales campaigns and exhibitions by providing accurate data and operational support.  
  • Assist in implementing customer loyalty programs and strategic client incentives.  
  • Digitize sales processes through tools such as electronic order systems and post-sale service platforms.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.  
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the furniture industry.  
  • Strong knowledge of sales data analysis, reporting tools, and CRM systems.  
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); ERP experience is a plus.  
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
