Job Description
- Manage and optimize end-to-end sales processes and workflows.
- Coordinate between sales, logistics, production, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Analyze sales data and generate regular performance reports and forecasts.
- Monitor stock levels, lead times, and delivery schedules to support the sales team.
- Develop and maintain sales documentation, pricing structures, and client records.
- Develop and optimize pricing policies and promotional offers in coordination with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Analyze sales trends and market data to provide actionable business insights.
- Maintain and update customer databases, segmenting accounts based on activity and purchase volume.
- Monitor and ensure the effective implementation of promotional campaigns and discount programs.
- Track and report on the performance of sales representatives, providing insights to senior management.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure product availability based on demand forecasts.
- Prepare and manage commercial offers, proposals, and contracts in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Support seasonal sales campaigns and exhibitions by providing accurate data and operational support.
- Assist in implementing customer loyalty programs and strategic client incentives.
- Digitize sales processes through tools such as electronic order systems and post-sale service platforms.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the furniture industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales data analysis, reporting tools, and CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); ERP experience is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
