Job Description

  • Oversee and optimize daily sales operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all sales channels.
  • Develop, implement, and refine sales processes, policies, and procedures to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align strategies and achieve organizational goals.
  • Analyze sales data and key performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the sales operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Manage sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely administration of sales contracts, pricing, and order processing.
  • Coordinate with IT and CRM teams to maintain and enhance sales technology platforms.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Drive change management initiatives to support new tools, processes, and organizational growth.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing sales processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with experience supervising cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and manage CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Experience in developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales analytics software.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to changing business needs.
