Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of the reception and front desk area. The ideal candidate will ensure that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and professionally while managing the front office team to deliver an exceptional member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage front desk staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the reception area, including handling member check-ins, inquiries, and complaints.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure all team members follow front desk protocols.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage records, documentation, and reports related to member visits, feedback, and incidents.
- Ensure front desk area is clean, welcoming, and fully stocked with necessary materials.
- Handle escalated member concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor attendance and appearance of front desk team to maintain a professional image.
- Support in achieving membership and retention targets by assisting sales when needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in front office/reception management, preferably in hospitality field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
