Job Description

Since 2003, Smart Gym has been a leading brand name in the Fitness Industry. With over 22 years of success, We've built a solid reputation through dedication, consistency and premium service delivery. We proudly operate 10 branches across Nasr City, Heliopolis, Sheraton & New Cairo, serving thousands of loyal members every day.

 

We're currently hiring Operations Manager to be responsible for leading and managing all operations of one of our Branches. This includes overseeing daily activities, staff performance, customer satisfaction, sales targets, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.

Experience in the same field is not mandatory, we'll support you with all the needed knowledge.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management

- Ensure smooth daily operations of the branch

- Supervise Customer Service, Sales, Trainers and Housekeeping teams

- Handle complaints or escalations efficiently

 

2. Team Leadership

- Coach, train and supervise staff

- Set targets and KPIs for the team

- Conduct performance reviews and motivate staff

 

3. Sales & Revenue

- Monitor sales targets and work to increase membership or service uptake

- Create branch-specific promotions or campaigns

- Track and report daily/monthly revenue

 

4. Customer Experience

- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, service, and customer engagement

- Collect feedback to improve service quality

 

5. Administrative Tasks

- Manage schedules, stock, petty cash and general supplies

- Ensure compliance with company policies & regulations

 

6. Reporting

- Submit regular reports to the top management

- Highlight challenges, team performance, and improvement plans

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or relevant field

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role (operations, customer service, or sales)

- Strong leadership and people management skills

- Excellent communication, problem-solving & organizational abilities

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
