Job Description
- Full supervision of field work teams (workers, supervisors, drivers).
- Organizing work schedules and shifts, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Monitoring service quality at customer sites.
- Coordinating with the HR department to recruit and train new workers.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving them quickly and professionally.
