- General Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Sales Manager – Senior Key Account Manager -to lead our sales with Operators companies enablement efforts and drive revenue growth in the highly competitive smartphone market. - The successful candidate will be a key partner to our sales leadership, responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing our sales technology stack, and providing data-driven insights to improve sales performance.
- This role is crucial for ensuring our sales team has the tools, data, and processes they need to succeed and for maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
Job Responsibility:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategies, including territory planning, sales quotas, and compensation models.
- Lead the sales forecasting process, providing accurate and timely reports to senior management.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance data to identify growth opportunities and strategic challenges.
Process Optimization & Efficiency:
- Design, implement, and refine sales processes to increase efficiency, reduce sales cycles, and improve conversion rates.
- Manage and optimize the sales technology stack, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales automation tools, and business intelligence platforms.
- Develop and maintain sales policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance across all sales channels.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track sales performance at individual, team, and regional levels.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to provide actionable insights on performance, pipeline health, and customer behavior.
- Prepare and present regular reports to sales leadership and executives on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
Sales Enablement & Support:
- Own the onboarding and training process for new sales representatives on our sales tools, processes, and methodologies.
- Provide ongoing support to the sales team, resolving operational issues and helping them work more efficiently.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
Channel Management & Logistics:
- Work closely with the operations and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and manage the sales order process from order to delivery.
- Support sales channels, including retail partners, e-commerce, and wholesale, with operational needs, promotions, and data reporting.
