Job Description
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the client base within the specialty coffee sector.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients to maximize profitability and ensure mutual benefit.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to management.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective account management strategies.
- Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer retention.
- Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional activities and campaigns for key accounts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.
- Represent Coffee Island Egypt at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as required.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work arrangement.
- Experience in the food and beverage or specialty coffee industry is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and provide effective solutions.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
