Job Description

Job Purpose:

Corporate Sales Manager in the tourism sector holds a strategic leadership role in driving revenue growth through the development and management of corporate client relationships, travel management companies (TMCs), and strategic tourism partners. The primary goal is to increase bookings for tourism services—such as group travel, customized itineraries, destination management, and corporate retreats—while ensuring sustained client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

 

As our Corporate Sales Manager, you will represent the company with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, tourism boards, and regulatory bodies. You will lead the development and execution of sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and contribute significantly to the company’s broader commercial goals in the tourism industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Management

 

  • Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market presence.
  • Identify and secure new corporate accounts, TMCs, and institutional partners across domestic and international markets.
  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through to deal closure and contract management.
  • Oversee the negotiation of commercial agreements and ensure compliance with profitability targets and service standards.

 

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value corporate clients and business travel planners.
  • Conduct regular strategic meetings, reviews, and site visits to assess client needs and ensure alignment

  • Customize travel solutions based on corporate client objectives, seasonal demand, and travel behavior.

 

Market Development & Intelligence

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Monitor industry developments, competitor activity, and global travel patterns to refine sales approach and market positioning.
  • Represent the company at tourism expos, B2B networking events, and international trade shows.

 

Collaboration & Commercial Operations

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, finance, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of services.
  • Provide input into product development and marketing initiatives targeted at the corporate travel sector.
  • Develop sales forecasting models and maintain accurate reporting on pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue performance.

Leadership & Team Enablement 

  • Mentor junior sales team members and support their development in client handling and deal negotiation.
  • Establish performance metrics and ensure team alignment with sales goals and KPIs.

Job Requirements

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or Travel & Tourism, or a related field.

 Experience: 

  • Proven Experience (from 3-5 years) experience in corporate sales in tourism field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience managing large corporate accounts and/or working within complex sales cycles.
