Job Description
- Handle end-to-end travel requests for air, hotel, rail, car rentals, and other related services for corporate travellers.
- Ensure full compliance with the client’s travel policy, service-level agreements (SLAs), and corporate approval workflows.
- Communicate effectively with travellers and clients in fluent English, both verbally and in clear, professional business writing.
- Work under pressure to manage urgent bookings, last-minute changes, and travel disruptions with confidence and efficiency.
- Provide high-level customer service, particularly to VIP and executive travellers.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for all travel transactions, bookings, and exceptions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, finance, and travel managers to support audits, reports, and case resolutions.
- Align daily operations with guidance from the Travel Supervisor or Operations Manager, escalating complex issues as necessary.
- Act as a trusted travel advisor on fare options, visa requirements, routing, and corporate cost-saving initiatives.
- Monitor traveler behavior and highlight non-compliant bookings or patterns to the client or manager.
- Apply company rules, procedures, and data security protocols at all times while operating within the client environment.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of corporate travel experience (TMC or corporate implant environment preferred).
- Proficient in GDS systems (Amadeus).
- Strong understanding of corporate travel policies, preferred supplier agreements, and cost containment practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with polished business writing skills.
- Proven ability to work under stress, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Professional demeanour, punctuality, and client service focus.
- Familiarity with corporate booking tools (e.g., Concur, SAP, Cytric).
- Knowledge of global travel regulations, visa processes, and airline/hotel contract terms.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret and implement complex client travel policies.
- Based full-time at the corporate client’s office (implant).
- May require extended hours during peak travel seasons or emergencies.
- Must maintain confidentiality and represent both the TMC and the client with professionalism.
