Job Description

Job Purpose:

As a Sales Ticketing Agent, you’ll manage airline ticket sales and reservation support using GDS platforms (Amadeus & Galileo), while delivering exceptional customer service. Your mission: foster and grow client relationships, drive B2B opportunities, and work closely with the Sales & Operations Supervisor to boost revenue.


Key Responsibilities:
1.Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Identify and target new corporate clients and B2B partners in the tourism industry.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners,
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to engage potential clients and close sales.
  • Process and issue tickets for flights, trains, buses, or events using appropriate reservation systems (Amadeus, Galileo)
  • Handle walk-in, phone, and online booking inquiries efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist customers with travel plans, ticket options, fares, schedules, and baggage policies.


2.Product Promotion & Sales:

  • Promote and sell the company’s tourism products and services to the B2B market, focusing on new and existing clients.
  • Actively promote additional products and services within the B2B sector to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies for corporate clients to meet their specific needs and objectives.


3.Market Expansion:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B market, particularly with travel agencies and other partners.
  • Expand the product offerings within the B2B market by promoting new and diverse travel options to meet the demands of clients.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Operation Supervisor to develop strategies for increasing market share and visibility.


4.Sales Target Achievement:

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Regularly report sales activities, results, and market feedback to the supervisor to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Take proactive steps to ensure all sales efforts are aligned with the company’s objectives and targets.


5.Networking & Events:

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company and establish new business relationships.
  • Foster relationships with key decision-makers in the tourism industry, leveraging these connections to drive sales.


6.Market Intelligence & Feedback:

  • Gather and provide valuable insights into competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to the sales team.
  • Identify emerging trends in the B2B travel market and adapt sales strategies accordingly.


7.Collaboration with Sales Team:

  • Work closely with the Sales and Operation Supervisor to ensure the smooth execution of sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and fulfillment of client needs post-sale.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Tourism Management, or a related field is preferred.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience indoor & outdoor sales, preferably within the tourism or travel industry.
  • Proven track record in corporate sales or B2B sales, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
  • Experience working with travel agencies, corporate clients, and B2B partners is highly desirable.
    Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of the tourism and travel industry, particularly in the B2B market.
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
    Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for tracking sales activities and client interactions
