Job Description
- Handling inbound tours in Egypt for FITS and groups.
- Contacting hotels at all touristic cities in Egypt for reservation.
- Follow up with the itineraries with all the suppliers in Egypt
- Preparing itineraries, and packages for all markets.
- Booking all Nile cruise requests.
- Making all required arrangements for the touristic file ( accommodation , Nile cruises, transportation, tours and activities inside Egypt.)
- Able to deal with the last minute requests.
- Having the spirit to work in a team .
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience.
- Preferable residence near Heliopolis area or Nasr City.
- Females only.
- Having good experience about hotels in different categories all over Egypt.
- Having good experience about itineraries all over Egypt.
- Having good experience about Nile cruises with its itineraries.
- Having good experience of hotels and their reservation staff.
- Having good communication and Negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English language (Speaking and Writing)
- Excellent computer skills
- Hard worker., able to work extra time if needed.
