Job Description – Travel Agent (Cairo Office)
Responsibilities
● Assist clients via WhatsApp and phone calls to understand their travel needs.
● Suggest appropriate destinations, packages, and services based on client preferences and budget.
● Arrange and book flights, hotels, insurance, and other travel-related services.
● Manage bookings using Sabre GDS for flights and hotel booking systems such as TBO Holidays.
● Prepare and present customized travel packages to clients.
● Process payments and maintain accurate client records in the system.
● Handle any travel-related issues, complaints, or changes in a professional manner.
● Achieve monthly sales and profit targets.
Job Requirements
Requirements |
● Minimum of 1 Year proven experience in travel agencies or tourism companies.
● Hands-on experience with Sabre GDS for flight bookings.
● Experience working with hotel booking systems such as TBO Holidays (or similar platforms).
● Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
● Excellent communication and customer service skills (mainly over phone/WhatsApp).
● Ability to organize work effectively and perform under pressure, especially during peak travel seasons.
● Personal travel experience will be considered a plus.
Salary & Commission |
● Salary Range |: 8,000 – 12,000 EGP/month (based on experience).
● Commission |: available in addition to base salary.
