The Travel Consultant will be responsible for helping clients plan and book their travel experiences, including flights, accommodations, tours, transportation, and other travel-related services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Travel Consultant, Travel Agent, or similar role (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of international and domestic travel destinations.
- Familiarity with booking systems (GDS or similar) and travel reservation platforms.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems quickly.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
