Business Tickets is looking for skilled and experienced GDS Travel Experts to reinforce and expand our Expert Department during night shifts. Experts need to be knowledgeable to provide assistance and information related to the technical part of the sales process.
Workflow description
The job requires searching for and selecting the competitive product to be proposed to our prospects based on their needs. The flight options need to be adjusted on short notice for potential customers based on their feedback. The workflow requires using digital tools to research online markets. All of the above will be done through teamwork and interaction with other departments as well as with superiors who will guide you toward professional success.
Job Requirements
We look for
- Proficiency in Sabre GDS usage
- 1+ years of experience
- In-depth knowledge of the airline industry, the product, and the service
